What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. All international orders will be shipped via EMS as standard. Customers will be advised of shipping charges upon checkout.

Where do you ship from?

All our products are shipped from our factory warehouse.

What are your shipping options?

Local orders are shipped using SF express and international orders are shipped via EMS as standard.
Should customers require, we can also arrange shipping by TNT/FedEx. Please
contact us for further details.

How long until I get my delivery?

All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours . For local orders, the goods should arrive the day after they are collected by SF Express. For international orders, this will vary on your geographical location and local customs clearance.

Actual shipping times may vary depending on individual customers shipping location. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

The customer shall be able to change or cancel their order given that the order has not been shipped. They would then be refunded their order (minus any banking charges involved).
If a customer wishes to cancel their order after the order has been dispatched, they would have to pay for all banking and shipping charges incurred.

How can I track my order?

If a customer chooses a shipping method where the logistics operator provides a tracking number (SF Express, SF Express, TNT/FedEx) they will be able to track their orders progress with the supplied waybill number.
